One-On-One Battle: Black Widow Spider vs. Scorpion

Let me begin by saying that the scorpion is a common prey of the highly virulent Black Widow spider. However, in most cases the Black Widow spider exhibits timid behavior, and will attempt to escape; rather than attack.

Scorpions exhibit photo-phobic behavior, primarily to evade detection by predators. Although the scorpion has a fearsome reputation as venomous, pest control specialists have recorded only 25 species, that have venom capable of killing a human.

German Cockroach Home Invasion

The German cockroach, also called Croton bug or Steam fly, is a small species of the cockroach. These pests usually measure about 5/8 of an inch long, however some have been known to grow slightly larger.

Very successful at establishing themselves in buildings, the German cockroach is very hardy and resilient. Undoubtably, a focused pest control strategy is necessary, to effectively exterminate or deter; a serious cockroach problem.
